Joining us at Rigge Science Building, Room 120 this Saturday? Here’s what you need to know about parking:
🅿️ Good news: Parking in Employee, Faculty/Staff, or Student lots is FREE after hours and on weekends — and you will not be ticketed.
⭐ Closest parking to the venue:
Lots near the Reinert-Alumni Memorial Library and Criss Complex are your best bet.
🚶 Additional nearby parking:
Some lots are just a short walk around to the building entrance.

Radio Theatre Omaha is bringing its signature live, audio-only storytelling to the stage in collaboration with Creighton University and there Founders week. The result is The Dusty, Lusty West Wants for the Telegraph — a 45-minute radio drama that brings the legacy of Edward and John Creighton to life through voices, sound effects, and original music.
Before the curtain goes up, Radio Theatre Omaha will host a special, kid-focused workshop one hour prior to the performance. Young participants ages 5–12 will get a hands-on introduction to the science and craft of acoustic storytelling. ($5 per child, $20 maximum per family.)
A post-show reception will follow the performance ☕✨

Rachel Williamson is an Omaha-based actress, writer and voiceover artist. Last year, she debuted her first self-produced short film, JUICE, and in December 2025, she took home the Director’s Award at Bizarroland Film Festival in Tampa, Florida. Rachel is excited to make her return to RTO with Dusty Lusty!

ROBERT WAGNER appears as Narrator and John Creighton in this production. Recent roles include Bill Conroy in “Future Imperfekt” with the Florentine Players (2025), Peter Bailey in “It's a Wonderful Life” (2024) at BLT, Harry Pepper in “Barefoot in the Park” (2024) at BLT, Quincey Morris in “Dracula 77” (2023) at the Benson Theatre, and Eric in “Two On the Aisle, Three In a Van” (2022) at BLT. He also played Zoltar in his first musical performance ever with “Big: The Musical” (2021) at BLT. After a 31 year hiatus from acting he returned to the theater to play Mike in the World Premier of "Temporary Insanity" (2021), yet again at the BLT. Robert's favorite role was Sydney Cochrane in Neil Simon's "California Suite" (1990), performed in Garlstadt Germany where he was serving in the US Army as a Cavalry Scout.

Dennis Stessman is an Omaha based actor who is happy to be joining Radio Theatre Omaha for the very first time! His most recent credits include Shelterbelt Theatre’s Christmas Cookies and Bellevue Little Theater’s Girl on the Train. His other credits include Omaha Community Playhouse’s A Christmas Carol. Mrs. Whitman’s Words for Women (Creighton University), Barefoot in the Park (BLT), Young Frankenstein (BLT), Agatha Christie’s Spider’s Web (BLT), The Field (BSB), Dracula 77 (BSB), Old Bat (GPTC),The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (OCP) The Hobbit (The Circle Theatre) The Dairy Maid Rite (Shelterbelt Theatre) Madama Butterfly and the Abduction from the Seraglio (Opera of Omaha), Incident at Vichy (BSB) and Three Sisters (Creighton University). Hi, my name is Josh Smith. You may remember me from such roles as Mr. Darque in Beauty and the Beast, and Georgie in Last Mass at St. Casimir's both at the Lofte Community Theatre and as The Creature in Mary Shelley's Frankenstein at Joslyn Castle with Metropolitan Community College.Over the last three years, I have been pursuing a master degree in mathematics at UNO which I use to teach AP Statistics and Geometry at Omaha North High School. I live with my wife in Omaha with our 2 dogs and 3 cats and when we are not teaching or involved in theater, we play tabletop role playing games and attend renaissance festivals. I would like to thank my wife for her love and support, my mother for being my first fan, the cast and crew of this show, and to you for coming out and supporting us!

Anika is currently a freshman Honors student at Creighton University studying studio art and graphic design. Being a trained dancer since she was 4, her passion for performing and story-telling carried her through high school where she fell in love with theatre and the musical arts. Having experience on the stage in acting, choreographing, behind the scenes work, and directing, she’s excited to explore the realm of voice acting with Radio Theatre Omaha!
On stage with Papillion LaVista South High School, she has brought commitment and a creative heart to roles such as Alice in Alice by Heart, the Monster in A Monster Calls, and Chris in Rumors! Outside of her studies, she enjoys painting, reading, and spending time with her wonderful friends. Anika is delighted to make her Radio Theatre Omaha debut as Gertrude/Estess in this exciting production!

Derek (35) is a recent Air Force Veteran having served as an Airborne Linguist at our very own Offutt Air Force Base (Jan 2013-Jan 2025). He decided to stay in Omaha after his service and is ecstatic to bring life to some engaging Nebraskan history. He is currently a graduate student at the University of Nebraska Omaha and is grateful to be living in a city with such an active theater scene. He would like to dedicate this performance to his parents who recently moved overseas to Germany for active duty Army.
