Radio Theatre Omaha Presents The Dusty Lusty West Wants for the Telegraph, a radio theater drama inspired by the 1860 diary of Charles Brown, aide-de-camp to the Creighton brothers during their daring effort to string the Transcontinental Telegraph wire from Fort Kearney to Salt Lake City, forging the first unbroken electrical connection between East and West. Produced by Radio Theatre Omaha in conjunction with Creighton University as part of Founders Week.
